Virtual CFO & Financial Advisor

Finovate, a leading independent Wealth Management firm, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Virtual CFO & Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive financial leadership and guidance to our diverse client base in the US. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to deliver high-impact financial strategies in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted Virtual CFO and Financial Advisor to small to medium-sized businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
  • Provide expert guidance on cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial risk mitigation.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Advise on capital allocation, investment decisions, and funding strategies.
  • Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with clients’ internal teams, accountants, and other advisors to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting clients’ financial health.
Qualifications:
  • Location: Remote/Hybrid.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Finance Director, Senior Financial Advisor).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university. Master’s degree (MBA) or relevant professional certifications (CPA, CFA) are highly preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy development, comprehensive budgeting, accurate forecasting, and effective cash flow management.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic financial advisory services and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Of the highest integrity and ethical standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation Range: $100,000 – $150,000 base (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
