Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle ERP implementations, from discovery and design to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support for US clients.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand client needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Perform ERP system setup and customization, including module configuration, workflow design, and report development, with a focus on platforms like SAP, NetSuite, and Zoho.
- Develop and implement strategies for business process automation within the ERP environment to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices on data migration, system integration, and user adoption.
- Conduct remote user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation to ensure clients are proficient in using the new ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues during and after implementation, coordinating with US-based teams as needed.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with new ERP features, functionalities, and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications:
- Location: Delhi, India
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in ERP system setup and customization, specifically with platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, and Zoho. Strong background in business process automation and optimization through ERP solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, particularly for remote client interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation Range: $80,000 – $120,000 base (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
