Accountant & Bookkeeping Specialist

Finovate, a leading independent Wealth Management firm, is seeking an Accountant & Bookkeeping Specialist to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support our clients' financial needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for all bookkeeping and accounting matters.
  • Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records using accounting software.
Qualifications:
  • Location: Delhi, India
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliation, and QuickBooks/Xero.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Of the highest integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation Range: $50,000 – $75,000 base (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
